Will be a much more successful family home
This project is due to start on site in Spring 2016. The brief here was to balance and improve the existing layout of the house. Upstairs works well in its current form however downstairs is small and cramped and completely dominated by a very large double garage. Through the conversion of the garage into a habitable space and a single storey extension to the rear, the house will be a much more successful family home.
